CrossFit is a lifestyle and unique fitness regimen. It is characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit works for everyone and can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance.
CrossFit classes take place in the CrossFit GWD building across from the main GAC gym building. Our CrossFit Schedule is as follows:
Monday-Thursday: 5am, 6am, 8:15am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Friday: 5am, 6am, 8:15am, 5:30pm
Saturday: Open gym only from 9am-10am
