Especially designed for seniors and older adults, Silver Sneakers is a popular fitness class that leads you through a complete series of seated and standing exercises to keep you moving and fit. Silver Sneakers attendees must purchase a $15 one-time fee fob.

B-Fit is a group fitness class for all experience levels. This is a high-intensity class that uses creative exercises to get your heart rate up and build strength.

B-Fit Class Schedule:

Tuesday & Thursday: 4:30pm

Low-Impact full-body workouts

Combining elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet, Barre classes include low-impact, challenging exercises that help to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Barre is a workout for people of all fitness levels, and is a great way to tone and sculpt the body.
